Isabella Munro is a registered psychologist who is passionate about helping people build happy, healthy relationships – with themselves and with others – and is committed to supporting each client in working toward their own definition of a fulfilling life.
She provides assessment and therapy to clients aged 12 and older, including adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her clinical focus is interpersonal functioning – attachment patterns, relational conflict, and the ways early relationships shape adult behaviour – alongside a broader focus on mood, anxiety, and adjustment-related concerns.
She works from a structured, evidence-based framework, drawing primarily on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). Treatment plans are developed from an initial intake assessment and adjusted as therapy progresses, rather than applied as a fixed model across all clients.
